They also say that what happens in Rome, stays in Rome. It seems that these two sisters experienced a little bit of that during their travels to Italy.
During their holiday, they were out at a restaurant and were approached by some locals. The Italian men questioned them about being sisters.

Due to their lack of trust, they asked the girls to confirm that they were sisters. So, naturally, they video-called their mom over FaceTime and one guy spoke to her.
He didn't waste any time making a bold move on one of the sisters by asking their mother for her hand in marriage.
Of course, mom was guarded and immediately said 'No'.
