Wildlife can be so unpredictable.
We guess it is for this reason that National Geographic is a such a hit with both adults and kids.
Because learning about animals and their natural instincts is so amazing.
The Latest Sightings' social media pages never disappoint us with their ever-interesting ability to share unique moments in Kruger National Park and other parks in Africa.
Earlier this month, we saw a confusing video of a leopard capturing a baby warthog. But when the second warthog that was nearby begins to run, the leopard drops the baby and runs in pursuit of the second warthog.
People have called the leopard greedy, but a person made a good deduction.
We are not certain of the motive behind dropping the one warthog for another, but this is what one person said in the comments section.
"They can’t drop the instinct to chase prey that’s running that’s why the leopard dropped the first piglet."
