This is an example of how scared we are as a nation...

Watching this video was a true reflection of how we have been scarred as a nation.
We have become so accustomed to watching CCTV footage that ends in some sort of crime being committed, that we rarely can see things going a different way.
This video that was taken in Indonesia, from what we gather, shows a man jump over into his neighbour's yard.

Immediately we think the worst. There's a vehicle parked in the neighbour's yard so he must have ill intentions.
But we were stunned when the video came to an end and nothing bad happened.
Just a kind act from one neighbour to another.

What really surprised us was the engagement on the post by other South Africans.
They openly shared how they all assumed that this was going to be a crime video. Check out some of the comments:
Random: "Anyone from Mzansi who thought he would steal the car?"
Sipho Rockbuoy Nicho: "😂😂😂 when he sat on the wall i thought he was tipping the gents to strike😂😂"
Random: "Once he dragged that washing line I thought he was clearing the way for the gate 🤣🤣🤣"
