Man shares the best part of using AI in meetings
Are you using AI to manage your workflow at the office?
It is a cardinal rule that when you work from home, you make sure your camera is turned off (unless otherwise required to be on) and that you are muted when you don't have the floor.
However, mishaps have happened; sometimes, they are made for the best entertainment.
For instance, we once saw a video shared on social media that showed four employees in an online meeting with their cameras turned on. Then, one of the employees forgets that her camera is on and conducts herself most inappropriately.

Most recently, we saw a work-from-home employee share a small part of his Monday, which can be like a Sunday provided you embrace the world of AI (Artificial Intelligence).
In the video, we see the man lying on his bed wearing his bathrobe, enjoying a facial, all while his colleagues participate in an online meeting. He has the laptop opened on the bed and a smart device next to it.

What actually happened here is he used an AI meeting minutes tool called Minutes AI to record the meeting minutes.
It is kind of a genius move because now, you don't have to manually record everything word for word, which can get tedious and isn't always the best use of your time. However, it pays to remember that sometimes, these AI tools are not as accurate as expected, so the human element must review the notes and ensure they are correct.
