Michael Jackson lookalike impresses on Joburg streets
Updated | By Jacaranda FM/Udesha Moodley-Judhoo
Some people are wondering if the real Michael Jackson will wake up to see this South African lookalike...

Did you see Michael Jackson performing on the streets of Johannesburg?
It wasn't actually the King of Pop, but a very convincing lookalike who entertained bystanders near a construction site with MJ’s signature moves and energy.
Allegedly filmed in Johannesburg, the impersonator impressed a crowd
with a performance that echoed Jackson’s legendary style.
Dressed in an outfit reminiscent of MJ’s iconic red jacket, black pants, and white socks, he brought the spirit of the pop legend to life.
The lookalike confidently danced to Jackson's 'Rock With You', drawing in passersby who couldn't help but stop and watch him move to the beat.
He even used a microphone to lip-sync certain parts of the song. One thing was undeniable – he embodied MJ’s energy to perfection.

Fellow South Africans were impressed by his talent and his vigour in taking the initiative to perform on the streets.
One person even suggested that people book him for their functions so he can make this a business.
Have a look at some of the enthusiastic comments on the post.
"Book him for weddings and change his life."
"I love South Africans – my condolences go out to everyone who is not South African."
"That head snapback was perfectly executed."
