Recruiter says that engaging in small talk with your colleagues is a must

A content creator and job recruiter on TikTok shared that it is of vital importance to engage in small talk in the office.

If you are already in the world of work, then you will know that there are certain do's and don'ts in the office world that you pick up along the way. 

Some you can relate to, others are completely not your cuppa joe, but either way you have to abide by the unspoken do's and don'ts for your mental health check - and sometimes to keep your job...

Sounds a bit extreme, we know, but the work environment can sometimes be a battlefield.

This is why it is sometimes worth an effort to follow suit and do what you need to in order to keep the peace.
