Seniors doing it for themselves this Galentine's Day
Updated | By Jacaranda FM
Ladies, leave your man at home...
There are those distinct moments in life when you are so sure about something that you give it your all.
We think that these two guys got it right when they came up with this amazing idea to share the perspective of six senior citizens running amok.
Retirement House has over 5.5-million followers and was born when two content makers realised that TikTok was overpopulated with young content creators and needed some senior influence.
"Adi Azran and Brandon Chase, content makers at the Gen-Z media brand Flighthouse, were heads down at work in June 2021 when creativity struck. TikTok was overrun with younger creators, they reasoned, but when it came to senior influencers, there was far less content. 'What if we had a crew of older people to pierce through the noise?' Azran said. 'That would be a sick idea.'" (Business Insider)
"The pair launched Retirement House on TikTok in September 2021, which captures the antics of six senior citizen creators running amok through a million-dollar Hollywood home and parts of Los Angeles." (Business Insider)
The ladies of the group recently shared a spunky video of them celebrating Galentine's Day and we have got to say that it was just the type of content that would make people stop scrolling.
