Sophia the Robot, the humanoid bot models at Milan Fashion Week
Remember that time Will Smith went on a date with Sophia the Robot? Well, look where she is now.

After Will Smith did a flashback to the time he went on a date with Sophia the Robot (see above, courtesy of YouTube), we were tempted to swipe right to see what this girl had been getting up to.
It seems the humanoid 'citizen' robot was spotted walking the runway at Milan Fashion Week.
Sophia the Robot is a humanoid robot that was created to help humans. Her creator, David Hanson, the CEO of Hanson Robots, programmed her to be like humans.

And just five years after her very awkward date with Will Smith, she has become somewhat of a fashion icon.

BOSS definitely met the brief when it came to hitting the nail on the head with the futuristic factor.
Sophia the Robot was not alone at Milan Fashion Week though. It was said that there were three versions of her debuting on the night.
"There wasn't just one Sophia making her BOSS debut but three, apparently — one to hit the runway, one to interact with guests, and the other (just a bust) to converse with showgoers." (Highsnobiety)
We are not sure how we feel about robot models, even though the concept was quite forward thinking and we can appreciate that.
