We have found some funny things that people have shared whilst at the gym and we hope that they help you start your week of on a light note.
We think that every day should start off with some motivation and more than that with some laughter.
And so as a way of motivating you to stay healthy, we found some funny gym moments or fails that may or may not make you laugh.
We believe that laughing is a form of exercise, after all, we get belly aches when we laugh out loud and that has got to count for something in working out your tummy muscles.
Up at one, are you a serial gym person, if so then you will know that some people live at the gym.
They spend every waking moment there, and to those people, we hope that you have found some sense of family with your fellow gym people.
This woman has and she looks forward to this man's funny comments as he passes her to leave when at the gym. Sometimes people go to the gym as a means of dealing with mental or emotional periods in their lives...
