Gone are the days where everyone aspires to live up to their parents' dreams of them becoming doctors or lawyers.

Nowadays it is all about finding remote job opportunities, with a special spotlight on becoming an influencer.

Yes, indeed, a social media influencer. A person who gains likes and views and gains the attention of the powers that be and gets accolades for posting content on behalf of brands and the like.

Well, if that's your MO then we have some great news for you.

"Senegalese-born TikToker Khaby Lame from Italy, who rose to fame through his TikTok account has 149 million followers today and he can make about R13 million per video." (MSN)

Young Khaby lost his job when the pandemic hit. He started making videos online and it took off.

We can call him the modern-day Charlie Chaplin. Because you see his videos are predominantly wordless. Which make them that much more appealing.

You know you have made it when you do a video with Snoop Dogg, check it out below.

"Lame told Fortune in an interview that in addition to the millions of likes he earns per video, he also racks up cash. He can make up to $750,000 per clip, which has him on track to make a whopping $10 million in 2022." (MSN)

You see that's the thing, he found something original and does it well, and that's what it makes it appealing.

Basically, he roams other people's content online, and mocks them by revealing their sense of illusion with logic.

Whoever said actions speak louder than words was 100% on the money...
