VIDEO: Man showers in car park from his car
This might be genius but also inappropriate.
The water woes that many Johannesburg residents have faced are far from festive.
These issues have affected residents staying home during the December holidays, with some having water while others must manage without.
Group messages have revealed that reservoir levels are low, meaning residents must do without running water until they return to an acceptable level.
We came across a video that impressed us, showing how resourceful some people can be.
In the video, filmed somewhere overseas, we see a man showering outside his car in a public car park. The man is shirtless and has a handheld shower attached to his back window frame.
While his water source remains unknown, it appears steady with a strong pressure flow.
The family that took the video of the man gave commentary on the unusual sight, questioning why he would choose such a public place to shower.
As many Joburgers continue to cope with unreliable water supply, it's interesting to see how some people use their resources and creativity to lead a more-or-less normal life.
