It's hard to imagine a business that wouldn't encourage its employees to collaborate and embrace the spirit of teamwork.
To discourage teamwork would be damaging, as it's a key ingredient for success, alongside many other factors. Ultimately, teamwork is what sets successful businesses apart.
However, teamwork isn't limited to the workplace. It's also an important part of friendships and personal relationships, where working together creates a foundation for growth and mutual support.
Take, for example, a group of friends who came together to solve a different kind of problem: removing a rat that had taken refuge in their bathroom.
