WATCH: Footballer Jeremie Frimpong stops to check on young boy who got hit by ball

That certainly says a lot about his character...
Things rarely go as you plan them to. Sometimes accidents happen, and that is why they are called accidents, because you couldn't possibly foresee them.
And if you think that you can live a life free from accidents, then we hate to be the ones to tell you this, but that's highly unlikely.
Not to be morbid or negative, but these things happen. We cannot live an oblivious life, nor can we walk around thinking that we are the hulk...
Being a sports fan and watching a live game in the stadium is something of a dream come true for fans.
Especially when they are young fans. You will find the kids want to peek out at their favourite players from the front of the stands.
For this young fan, it turned out to be a painful and overwhelming but also emotional experience.
After he was standing watching a game between Bayer Leverkusen and Wolfsburg last month, the young man got hit accidentally by the football.
The right back, Jeremie Frimpong, accidentally hit the young fan in the face.
Frimpong immediately ran over to check on the boy and even went into the stands to make sure he was okay and not injured.
He went on to take the shirt off his back and hand it to the young boy, who was said to be overwhelmed by his concern and kindness.
