Today is a special day, also known as World Beatles Day, set aside to honour and celebrate The Beatles.
Paul McCartney, George Harrison, John Lennon, and Ringo Starr changed the world with their music.
They sold over 600-million albums worldwide and won seven Grammy Awards. Their song, 'Yesterday', is the most covered song in history, having been covered over 3,000 times. (Days of the Year)
In honour of this special day, Checkers South Africa did something unique on their TikTok page.
They carried out a special delivery to South Africans living in the United Kingdom. The Checkers Sixty60 bag was filled with tastes from home and the driver even took a photo on Abbey Road, mimicking the iconic Beatles photo from their album of the same name.
