Real of fake? Surgeon removes live snake from woman's ear
Updated | By Jacaranda FM
A video that has now gone viral of a surgeon trying to remove a snake from a woman's ear has the internet divided as to whether it is real or fake.
This viral video has creeped up on us like an episode of 'Ripley's Believe It Or Not'...
And we have to say it is darn believable from where we are sitting. Not to say that we believe everything we see on the internet, but it sure does look real.
A video that was first shared on social media by India-based social media star Chandan Singh has now gone viral.
With many people questioning its authenticity.
In the video footage a live snake is seen squirming from inside a woman's ear.
A person, who we believe to be a surgeon or some sort of medical professional with latex gloves and tweezers, is seen trying to remove the snake from her ear and seems to be having an issue.
Of course we are not experienced in this sort of thing, but it does seem like he is prolonging the inevitable.
But perhaps he is trying not to hurt the snake in the midst of removing it from her ear? We also don't know how long the snake is and whether or not it is venomous.
This is all too much...
But trust and believe that the internet shared their in-depth commentary. Many calling the video fake. Also questioning why the snake's head is out the ear, if it crawled in, it would be head first.
The video is quite graphic, so we advise you not to watch it if you are a sensitive viewer.
