Woman finds a freezer inside a toilet at Cape Town eatery
Uh, surely some health and safety regulations are being ignored here.
You won't usually find a chest freezer inside a bathroom or toilet. In addition to the health and safety concerns associated with keeping food near the bathroom, keeping food in your toilet is unacceptable.
A woman visiting a place in Cape Town failed to inform TikTok about the location, and she shared how she found something weird inside the bathroom. She leads us to believe it is a restaurant, which worsens things.
First, she showed herself inside the toilet or restroom. Then, she videotaped what she found on the opposite end of the toilet. It looked like a tabletop or countertop, but after giving it a closer look, she found that it was, in fact, a chest freezer.

People united in their responses, with the majority finding this 'super weird' if not totally gross and unhygienic. But someone shared something interesting.
She said, "I don't know if it's this restaurant, but someone told me it's for donation purposes. So whoever needs something, they are free to take it. The produce is either close to expiry date or already expired. They started this initiative for ppl who need it but are too shy to ask,so they take, and their anonymity is protected. They could've put it in a better area. Again, not sure if it's this restaurant." (TikTok)
