But for this mother who innocently thought she was going out for dinner with her family, it was a complete shock.
Her daughter failed to tell her what the concept of Karen's Diner is...
The term 'Karen' became famous years ago and is a term that has been used to reference white female women who would generally complain about everything.
The brilliant creators of 'Karen's Diner' took this pop culture reference and used it as their selling point.
Their tag line is literally, "Great burgers and very rude service".
