Woman's near miss accident leaves the internet stunned
We live in a world of near misses – but this one was caught on camera.
Car accidents, where people are injured or lose their lives, are all too common, which is why both motorists and pedestrians need to prioritise road safety.
One simple measure, such as walking on the sidewalk, is often overlooked. Too many people walk in the street, ignoring the risks to their own safety and the safety of others.
A woman recently had a close call while walking alongside a parked vehicle on the street. A silver car sped toward her, lost control, and collided with the stationary vehicle.

The vehicle that hit the stationary car missed her by inches.
In the moments following the impact, she freezes in shock. Once her senses kick in, she quickly rushes to the safety of the sidewalk.
It was definitely not her time, and we can only hope she realises how differently things could have played out if the van had struck her. She would have been an unfortunate victim of a preventable accident.

People were astonished by the video taken on February 22, 2025, somewhere in Brazil.
What many people didn't pick up was the fact that there was a second pedestrian who was almost hit. The woman who was walking on the sidewalk was almost hit by the stationary vehicle after the impact of the collision.
