A man speaks differently when he speaks to clients...
A person's voice is powerful. It can create a sense of trust if you are speaking to a customer, it can be soothing for a child, it can be hurtful in an argument, and it can also be deceiving.
We came across a video that proved this perfectly.
A man videos his colleague who is on a call with a client. From what we can see, they work at a call centre. The man being videoed has his headset on and reads from a script.

In case you missed it, this man manipulates his natural voice. He speaks with a trusting voice to his client over the phone but has a deep, broody voice in reality.
It just goes to show that you can never fully trust the power behind someone's voice...
