An extravagant toilet cake reminds content creators to get a contract first
We got squeamish when she took a bite out of the toilet roll...
We see many things in our line of work... and we are certain you have seen your fair share of weird and crazy, too.
But this woman, Liz Marek, has proved that anything is possible, even baking and decorating a cake that looks exactly like a toilet!
Why anyone would want a toilet cake is beyond us, but the story behind her creation is what is even more interesting.
She posted a video on TikTok of her walking into what looks like a bathroom. Everything is so well put together and looks wonderfully decorated.
But her voice over reveals that it is in fact not a real toilet. She then proceeds to sit on the toilet, and as she sits, it begins to collapse.
She pulls off a piece of toilet paper and then the whole roll and takes a large bite out of it. If you had the video on mute, then this would all seem quite absurd. Luckily, we didn't.

Marek went on to share that she was actually commissioned to make the cake to prove that she could make a realistic looking toilet cake.
However, it was more of a test than a commission, considering she did not have any contract in place and therefore was blindsided when the company double-crossed her.

People came to the comments to share their opinions as usual. Some empathized with her, whilst others commended her for her great work.
The moral of her story was that you should always have something down on paper, a contract of some sort before showing off your skills. Because plagiarism is real and happens to the best of us.
She went on to show us how she made the cake after showing us a snippet of licking a toilet seat, which we now know was actually a cake toilet - thankfully!
