A food review that has all the giggles without the bad taste...

One bad review can be the end of you, so it's best to respond honestly...
The food business can be tough, especially with a tough crowd to please.
But all we can do is our best and ensure that we pander to our customers, right?
Wrong!
Gone are the days that customers bossing you around, because it has taken more than one bad apple to ruin the bunch.

Not to say that we believe in being rude to your customers, but there is a line, there has to be or else some customers will walk all of you.
A negative food review left about a Pakistani restaurant reinforced that perception that sometimes some people have nothing better to do with their time but lie.
In this case it was a bad review about naan and pink tea...
The review was for one star out of five and it read:
"Very bad quality Naan expensive with garbage taste. They don't even know how to make pink tea, I'm very disappointed." (Facebook)
Normally, this would most likely be greeted with a response that starts off with an apology, but not in this case.

The owner responded saying:
"Thanks we appreciate your feedback. Gaandu, we've been closed for over a month so we don't know where you got your naan from..." (Facebook)
Now that's a story we would've loved to know more about! Was it a case of mistaken identity with restaurants or malice?
