After a terrible car accident that left Joe Dimeo with 80% of his body covered in third-degree burns, he went through a face transplant.
According to his girlfriend, Jessica Koby, who posts a lot of videos about them as a couple, he was left with no fingerprints, no eyelids, one ear, no lips, and would have eventually lost his vision.
Koby posts many videos trying to break stereotypes about how people view the love of her life.
