Three questions you should ask your interviewer
Yes, you are allowed to ask questions, and you definitely should!
With the unemployment rate being so uncertain and dropping tremendously, there is an unseen pressure placed on job seekers.
Many of them feeling the pressure to be overly accommodating and flexible. Because ultimately they are in need of work.
But despite popular opinion on saying what you think your interviewer wants to hear, you do have a say on how the interview is conducted.

This is one of the reasons we though it important to share these three questions with all those actively seeking employment.
For one, it says something when an interviewee holds their own during an interview, and it is also important to ask questions during an interview. It is anything but one-way.
You are also essentially interviewing the company to check if they fit you and your list of requirements.
Here are the three questions you can ask your interviewer. Perhaps it is best to wait for them to reach that part of the interview where they ask you if you have any questions, before asking.
And if they don't ask you then you can ask them at the end of the interview.
1. Why is this position currently available?
2. If you had a magic wand and could create a perfect candidate, what would that look like for you?

If you think about it, asking these questions also helps you determine what you can do to prepare for future interviews.
In addition, it opens the interviewer's eyes up to another side of you and your potential. Which is definitely a pro.
It can be a determining factor in getting a job or not.
