In this case, it was a social media coordinator and a window washer who got people's attention.
In the video, the woman is seen showing a handwritten note to a window washer.
The contents of the note is not shared with the viewer but the window washer responds by shaking his finger as if to say no.
Intriguing to say the least, but also a great way to get people talking.
This is what we call creating a 'cliff hanger' moment.
