A very charismatic flight attendant is videoed doing the safety demonstration for a flight full of passengers. He is both entertaining and engaging and leaves people laughing.
Have you ever been on a flight and the air hostess or flight attendant, whatever you choose to call them, is not really someone who should be a front facing employee?
Of course we get that everyone has their versions of 'not-so-good' days, but when it is your job to deal with people, then you have to put on your big person underwear and get the job done.
Either that or find work that doesn't require you to deal with people.

Yes, we did in fact say 'wonderful'...
Almost always the safety demonstration that is mandatory during every flight can be boring and redundant (especially if you are a frequent flyer).
But this flight attendant made it entertaining and really got the attention of the passengers.
Which is ideally what you want in any customer-facing job.
He not only created some laughter in the plane, but we are certain that he upped the customer satisfaction levels with his pleasant attitude.
