WATCH: Thief caught on camera stealing a bag at the beach
A tourist was being interviewed on a beach in Barcelona. Unaware of the camera, a thief was caught in the background of the video stealing a beachgoer's bag.
We can firmly say that crime exists all around the world. That in no way is meant to negate the fact that it exists and its seriousness.
But it is merely to say that no matter where we go in the world, it is naïve to think that there is any such country that is free from criminal activity.
Proof of this was shown in a video that caught a thief stealing on a beachfront in Barcelona, Spain.
The man was caught on live television stealing a beachgoer's bag.
The cameraman was filming a tourist who was being interviewed about his love for Barcelona.
And as clear as the light of day, the man is seen picking up a bag that was left unattended and hurriedly walking away.

Luckily, because of the footage, the authorities were able to identify and nab the bag stealer.
It's not often that we see criminals who would be so unaware of their surroundings, but clearly this guy was not on his 'A' game. We're not complaining, because it worked in the victim's favour...
