Navy veteran learns how to tap dance at 85

Arne Mayala did something very unusual for someone his age; he signed up for dance classes.
Convinced by his wife to follow his passion, Mayala signed up for the lessons in March and now travels 60km per week for the classes, Today reported.
Although his wife is too scared to watch him, Mayala has been receiving praise and even standing ovations from his audience.
Dance Tech studio owner, Robin Lind, told reporters that Mayala is a pleasure to have in his studio.
"It definitely surprised me. This elderly couple came in and she is like 'I'm Carol and this is Arne, and it is on his bucket list to take tap dance lessons'," Lind said in a YouTube video.
"When Arne came in for his first lesson, he wasn't feeling well. He had fallen that day. It just really touched my heart in seeing him go from having a bad day and what dance can do to someone's life," Lind added.
Mayala has inspired Lind to teach classes to other elderly people.
