Aunt mistakes Bluey for her dad at nephew's fifth birthday
Oh, the classic debate – "We always thought Bluey was a boy!"
As the Australian kids' show 'Bluey gained popularity, the discovery that Bluey is a girl became widely shared online.
Many parents shamefully admitted their surprise, highlighting that they haven't been paying close attention while watching the show – it's a series that appeals to parents, too.
Some parents have even shared how much they enjoy watching Bluey with their kids, appreciating how it caters to their sense of humour. After all, who can resist the antics of the parents, Chilli and Bandit?

An aunt recently shared a video from her nephew's fifth birthday, which
had a 'Bluey' theme. She was excited to have a large cut-out of Bluey
printed and even created a special backdrop.
But, her excitement quickly turned to disappointment when her nephew pointed out that the cut-out was actually of Bluey's father, Bandit.
Determined, she insisted it was Bluey, but her nephew calmly explained the mistake, pointing to Bandit's grey hair as proof.
Trying to find a silver lining, she quickly told her nephew that's how Bluey was going to look when he got older.
The only problem? Bluey's a girl!
