Aunty saves niece from choking while dining out

It was the 'Thank you' after almost choking that made our hearts melt...
Caring for a child as a parent is one thing; you are born responsible for caring for the child in all aspects. However, caring for a child as an aunt, uncle, or caregiver is somewhat more stressful.
Your shoulders become heavy with the responsibility of caring for a child in the absence of their parents.
An aunt who took her one-year-old niece out for lunch handled herself like a pro when she noticed her niece choking on a piece of food.
Kids are often prone to swallowing food without chewing it properly, which sometimes causes them to choke on a piece of food. Calling for help is one thing, but acting quickly to clear their airways is the best action.
The aunty, who was busy enjoying her food, noticed her one-year-old niece look up at her and then look away. She didn't notice at first, but then she realised that the baby girl was choking on a piece of food.
She acts quickly and hits the child's back, which helps to release the piece of food.
The little girl's reaction to her aunt's quick-thinking move humbled us. As young as she is, the young child looks at her aunt with gratitude and says the sweetest, 'thank you'.
