Bride becomes a widow on her wedding day

We cannot even imagine the heartache she must be feeling...
Wedding days are meant to be joyous - so we would never associate them with tragedy.
Sadly, a bride had to go through something we wouldn't wish on anyone. She lost her groom on their wedding day.
"New bride Johnnie Mae Davis became a widow 'within a 10-minute span' when her 48-year-old groom, Toraze Davis, died of a fatal blood clot." (MSN)
Friends of the bridal couple revealed that they were so excited for their wedding day, especially because they had experienced close losses, with Johnnie Mae even losing her father. Just 45 minutes after the wedding ceremony, Toraze's heart stopped for the first time.
And then within seconds, he was gone. A colleague (Monica Miller) of Johnnie's set up a GoFundMe campaign, in an attempt to raise funds for the Davis family during this difficult time.

Since starting the campaign on Monday, the page has raised just over $21,000 (nearly R400,000).
Miller explains on the page that Johnnie will need the money for expenses and to care for their kids.
“Both Johnnie Mae & Toraze planned on living the rest of their lives together. Unfortunately, Toraze gave his last breath shortly after saying 'I Do.’
“All our hearts are aching for Mrs. Davis and her children. We are asking that you donate towards the burial expenses for Toraze and money to help the new bride with their children." (MSN)
