Eight-year-old boy's heartfelt reaction to his first ever birthday party
This literally made us cry like babies...
When you have kids, there is this natural expectation that comes with celebrating their birthdays.
It is a momentous occasion and as parents, we get just as excited celebrating our kids turning a year older as they do.
But not all parents are able to throw their kids birthday parties. It is something that is not always affordable for some parents, whose key responsibility is to feed and clothe their children.
This was the case for an eight-year-old boy from Colombia who had never celebrated his birthday.
Because he had never had a birthday party before, there was no expectation when he turned eight years old.
Ángel David from Ebéjico, Colombia, was pleasantly surprised when his teachers got together to plan something special for him with his classmates.
Watch how he responded to seeing his classmates and teachers sing for him and the decorations for his party.
Tear warning, this is the most honest and genuine response we have seen in a while and it really left us feeling grateful and humbled.

We weren't the only ones who felt emotional seeing his tears of joy. The way the kids came together and hugged him was absolutely endearing.
