"How am I supposed to parent with a straight face?"

A funny display of anger...
There's no doubt that we are left amused most of the time by our kids.
But it can be truly upsetting to them.
If you have ever experienced finding something that a toddler does humourous, only for them to think you are laughing at them - big no-no!
This is why we found a mother's video of her upset toddler quite relatable.
In the video, we see the young boy with his head lying on his arms. Mom is videoing him and the text overlay reads: "Tell me how I'm supposed to parent with a straight face?!"
And then we see the young boy try to explain why he is upset, but overcome with emotion he is unable to deliver a comprehensive sentence.

It's true sometimes our kids push our limits and we can lose our patience and end up hurting their very big feelings.
And when they respond like this, all we want to do is give them a big hug, because they truly melt our hearts with their cuteness.
