An authentic tradition for most families in South Africa...
It is something of a tradition for many South Africans to reuse ice-cream, margarine or yoghurt containers.
Of course, the most popular among the masses is ice-cream containers.
And, sadly, that means that many people have fallen victim to the disguise when they open the container expecting one thing, but being completely disappointed by their discovery.

One mother who decided to teach her son this tradition early on videoed it for everyone.
And let's just say that it was not ideal seeing the disappointment on her young boy's face.
But at the same time, it was also quite funny.
