Kids are no longer crying for sweets but for watermelon

Watermelons have always been a craze during the Summer months. They bring back many memories for people who look forward to the Summer holidays and want to feel like kids again. 

Kids are no longer running and screaming for ice-cream or candy; they are making a fuss for watermelon.

Well, at least that was the case for one kid who left his parents astounded when he had a tantrum at Checkers while they were shopping.

Last month, we shared a video from TikTok while discussing public tantrums. 

Usually, kids throw tantrums when they don't get what they want. However, everyone always assumes it's candy or a toy, while for this little man, it was watermelon.

This little boy's parents shared that the reason for all his fussiness was that he wanted the watermelon. 

It seems that after he got his watermelon, all was right in the world. He was so excited to eat it that he started munching on it in the car. He even took a bite of the green peel and instantly regretted it.

It seems this child wasn't the only fan of watermelon. Another mother shared a video of her baby girl getting her hands on the watermelon in the backseat of their car, too.
