Kids think cutting up mom's money is a form of play

Mom finds her box of cash savings in pieces...
As a parent, there are many things that you might find enlightening and equally humbling.
Just as a pet parent might feel about their furry friends chewing on an expensive pair of shoes, a parent feels this way when their kids break their favourite mug or cut up their bedding...
One mother found out the difficult way that her kids' cutting skills were too good to be messed with.
In a video she shared on TikTok, mom, Shirley, came home to find an unlucky sight.
She found out the hard way that her kids got into her savings stash, not to spend it though, but rather to use it to practice their scissor skills.
Not only was it a hard sight to see, it was also heartbreaking because she said that she just started saving.
