And here we thought girls were more brutally honest than boys; it seems it's the other way around.
Being a mom to a boy has its perks, one of which has to be the perks of their brutal honesty. As we have learnt, most kids don't have filters, so they share their opinions even if no one has asked.
A seven-year-old boy's mother shared how taking her son to the gym was an exciting experience.
The young man was entirely animated in his approach to vlogging his mother's workout routine and less than subtly sharing how he saw her. He spoke about everything from her weight to her flexibility to what he thought she should be doing.

He was more than candid in his opinion, and it was nice to see their amazing relationship.

It's great to get your kids involved in your exercise routine; it allows you to bond with them and teaches them about physical health and how exercise contributes to positive mental health.
Many people commented on the video, and some even spoke about his 'toxic motivation', which his mother, Aaminah, said helped motivate her.
It was surprising to see many other women commenting that they wish they could have him as their personal trainer; this is the motivation they need.
