Mom helps daughter shift her bad thoughts

This is a lesson for everyone...
Being a positive role model to your kids is a challenge.
But sometimes just taking a simple step back and thinking about how you can approach it helps.
This mom, Sophie Frabotta, who specialises in the art of spiritual awakening, recently shared a beautiful tip about getting rid of bad thoughts.
In the video, she asks her five-year-old daughter a series of questions, which she answers. It was a beautiful example of how we all can get rid of bad thoughts in our minds.
It can be really challenging to focus on the good when you are constantly reminded of all the bad in the world.
And our minds are a really tricky to control, sometimes they can paralyse you. Which can lead to mental health problems and being in a dark place.

In hindsight, it seems quite simple, but when you are in the thick of a bad thought, it can be tricky to navigate your way out.
We really want to use this method in future. What about you? Here's a recap of what to do:
When you get a bad thought, immediately ground your energy and put that thought into the earth. Now that could mean something different for people who have been spiritually awakened and those who have not.
So, if you are struggling with that, then go outdoors, be around nature, plants, trees, grass, feel the ground, and let go of it to nature, because the earth can turn it good.
Then say: “You have no power here - leave now!"
Then think about something that makes you happy and focus on that. It will help remove the bad thought.
