Silly moment goes wrong when windscreen cracks
How would you explain this scenario to your insurers?
It's not ideal when an accident occurs, but the main thing we should concern ourselves with is that no one is hurt.

. She thought she was sharing a silly moment with her kids in the car as she put on the fan and let them feel the breeze on their faces during a hot day.But it turned out it cost her a windscreen repair and the discovery that her son might be a descendant of The Incredible Hulk...
She videoed the moment her baby girl and son, who must be around five or six years old, were enjoying the car's fan on their faces. The young man was speaking into the fan as many kids do, as it makes them sound robotic.
As he moved away from the dashboard, he hit his head against the windscreen and cracked it. At first, his mother didn't notice; she was surprised by his reaction because he apologised.
Then she realised the windscreen of her Tesla had cracked, and she was shocked. She checked his head, and there were no cuts or any bleeding, but her windscreen didn't make it; there was a large windshield crack.
The crack looked over 6cm, so she might've had to replace the entire windscreen. Because it seemed to be a hot day, there was a chance of the crack spreading. We hope she had insurance, but we are also intrigued as to how one would explain this to their insurance company...
