Three engaging activities for toddlers

With the first-term holidays on the horizon, we think it's important to stay ahead of things and make sure parents are equipped with activities to keep them occupied. 

There's nothing quite like hearing your kids say, 'I'm Bored' or worse them being glued to the TV. 

So, to stay ahead of that, we found three fun activities that you can do at home to keep your toddlers busy.

This first idea is easy to accomplish and uses things that you most likely have at home already. 

A mom writes down the letters of the alphabet on sticky notes, then she places them in different locations around the house. Almost like a treasure hunt. 

Then she placed a chart on a wall with the alphabet written down. The objective is to find the sticky note alphabet and match it on the chart.

This next one is a great one to get toddlers familiar with their colours and their shapes.

Here's another inexpensive way of keeping your toddler's occupied. All you need for this one are coloured pens and coloured pegs (if you don't have these on hand, then you can paint your wooden clothes pegs).
