Starting your day off on a positive note sets the tone for the rest of the day...
Another year is drawing to a close and it's time we reflect and learn from our experiences.
If anything, the past few years have taught us how to be resilient and to always see the silver lining.
And as much as it doesn't seem like it, staying positive and motivated makes all the difference.
This mom on TikTok showed us how using pumped up positive language can change the mood with your kids.
Children learn through each experience. They mimic what they see and that becomes a habit.
So, when they see us following a healthy mental and physical lifestyle, they too will want to adopt that into their routines.
She made this cheer up for her kids to remind them of their true gifts.
And it seems to have made all the difference with how they feel about themselves.
You know what they say, when you start your day off on a positive note, then you set the tone for the rest of your day.
These kids and mom certainly reminded us that it pays to pump yourself up with a cheery-spirited attitude in the morning.
One mother commented on the video saying: "I’ve started cheering when my 21 month old does hard things. The other day I heard her cheer for herself and I was so proud. I love this." (TikTok)
