Be warned... this video will melt your heart.

After a long day at work or school, it’s easy to switch off and not check in with loved ones. But avoiding these conversations can lead to poor communication or even none at all.
That’s why it’s important to leave the day’s stress at the door and make an effort to talk with your children – no matter their age.
A mother who often shares videos of her one-year-old, Zina, on Instagram captured the most wholesome conversation with her toddler after work and daycare.
While eating, little Zina asked, "How was your day?" – a question that Mom was happy to answer.
But what stood out even more was how attentive Zina was while listening to her mother's day.
It was a sweet reminder that kids learn good communication habits from us. As their conversation continued, Zina shared parts of her own day, and they exchanged a few laughs here and there.
