Most of the time we make that assumption based on their actions...
This young man's actions speak well of his upbringing.
And it certainly makes us believe in a kind and gentlemanly younger generation.

An older sister shares a video about how she forgot to pick up her younger sister from school.
The video is from their doorbell cam, and shows her sister running to the house door whilst a young boy waits for her to enter the house safely before leaving.

His actions surely said a lot about the way he is being brought up - gentlemen are few and far between in this day and age.
So to see such a young man, waiting for this young girl to get inside her house safely, before leaving, is truly commendable.
