It's a real life account of gold medalist high jumper, Ruth Beitia...
There are those moments in life where you can be overcome with a feeling of not being quite where you want to be.
And the pressures of family, society, and time passing by can add to that overwhelming feeling.
But it is up to you to stand true and tall to your goals, your vision for your future.
One such story that you can call upon when you are feeling that doubt over your timeline of achievements is that of Ruth Beitia.
Last week was Olympic Day and in that spirit we saw the story of Ruth Beitia, a retired high jumper who was the 2016 Olympic Champion in women's high jump.
After trying year after year to become the champion, she failed three times before reaching her win.

It took her 16 years to reach her goal but she didn't just give up.
She continued to train, to work at her weaknesses, and strengthen her mind and her body so that when the time came, she would be able to accept her achievement.
So, today, we encourage you to do the same. It may not take you 16 years, it may take a shorter time, or longer, but stick it out, say yes to yourself, and make it happen.
