As much as the World Health Organisation (WHO) advises mothers to breastfeed their babies, we all know it's not that easy.
But, when it comes to integrating solids into your baby's diet, it can also be described as a task not for the faint-hearted.
Mostly because babies are still learning about taste and smell, and to expect it to run smoothly equates to being hard on yourself.
If anything, experimenting with foods for your baby when they start eating solids should be exciting and adventurous.
