Woman's body found inside a 7-metre python!?

The real side of living in areas with huge reptilian creatures...
Have you ever sat through an episode of National Geographic and watched a snake catch and devour its prey?
Well, in case you haven't, we would suggest rethinking the idea.
Because as much as it may be intriguing and informative, it quite possible might be the most disturbing thing you will see.
Or maybe that is just us, considering we are no fans of the slithery creatures.
Hearing about this story also didn't speak well of the serpent nation, for obvious reasons.
When a 54-year-old Indonesian woman didn't return from work, her husband concern grew. Most especially after he found some of her clothes and tools.
"The woman, identified as Jahrah, went to work at a rubber plantation in Jambi, located on the island of Sumatra, on Sunday morning. She was reported missing that evening when she did not return home." (Business Insider)
A day after she went missing, the police found a bulging python. A nightmare to even think that this could happen...
But yes, the bulge was in fact Jahrah. After cutting open the body of the python, the authorities confirmed that it was in fact her.
The local police said that her body was still intact, which was an indication that she was recently swallowed whole.
MORE FROM JACARANDA FM
Forgive our ignorance but we did not know that that was even possible. A 7-m snake swallowing a whole person, sheesh talk about Anaconda nightmares coming to life.
"It's unusual for pythons to swallow humans, though there are on rare occasions similar reports.
Pythons do typically swallow their food whole, with their unique anatomy allowing their jaws to expand wide enough to encapsulate objects much larger than the circumference of their own bodies." (Business Insider)
