Women try freckle henna tattoo and things don't go well

This is why trying something on your face without testing it on your hand first is never a good idea.

Freckle henna tattoos became a craze a couple of years ago, and people worldwide were determined to jump on the trend.
It worked out for some and complemented their overall look, but it didn't pan out for others. That's okay because not everything is for everyone.
Two women who decided to share their experiences on social media showed us how it didn't work out for them. We are uncertain if it didn't work out because they left it on for too long or because of the type of henna they used. Irrespective, they had a good laugh about it.
One of the women shared that she had purchased Shein's henna, and they decided to use it to add freckles and a lip line.
Only when they washed it off did they realise it was darker than they expected. This is why most beauty treatments should be tested on your hand before trying it on your face.
A beauty writer shared a bit about this trend on the Allure website.
"Considering that henna is often used to tattoo the skin temporarily, this trend might seem ultimately harmless. But, as for many beauty trends, henna freckles come with certain risks."
One of the biggest risks, in addition to testing the henna, is making sure you are using the right type of henna.
