Would you buy this baby swing?

We hope these parents had exhausted all other options before coming to this solution.

Parenting is a journey filled with unique experiences, and what might seem baffling to one parent can make perfect sense to another. These differences often stem from the fact that no two parenting journeys are the same.

While the challenges and joys of parenting may be universally relatable, every parent’s path is shaped by their circumstances. For some, this journey can be inspiring, encouraging them to embrace new perspectives.

For others, it might push boundaries – sometimes leading to approaches that aren’t entirely socially acceptable, or even legal, as in this case.

In a video, vehicles approach a traffic light in Beverley Hills, Los Angeles, USA – but it's what's happening at the back of a van that catches everyone's attention.

A swing is erected at the back of the truck, and on it, a baby is rocking back and forth.

The person who posted the video assures viewers that it's "100% not a real baby." However, the figure looks so lifelike that it’s hard to tell.

Then again, with all of the ultra-realistic fake babies on the market these days, it's anyone's guess.

People watching the video were not phased by the possibility that this could've been a real baby. Most of them agreed that it was a doll, while others joked about other stuff.

Check out some of the comments:

  • "Unbelievable... who drives with their tailgate down?"

  • "That’s so dangerous who drives and records simultaneously."

  • "Rear facing is so important. I’m glad this dad did his research."

  • "Are you Serious!! that swing is not centered."

  • "That's so dangerous, what if someone gets hit by the baby?"

  • "No sunglasses? Unbelievable."

It was refreshing to see so many people get the joke.

However, seeing something like this reminded us that many parents struggle to get their babies to stop crying or fall sleep, and the gentle motion of a baby swing can be a huge help.
