The siblings shot a series of videos as a strolled through a UK neighbourhood describing what they observed in a language fondly known to South Africans as 'Spitori' which is a mixture of slang, Setswana and Sepedi - spoken in Pretoria.

It appears the siblings are from Pretoria and went to Hillview High School according to a tweet.
On the first video, one sibling explains that he's taking a stroll with his sister and wants to share details about their lives in the UK. He described the 'strange' parking spaces and the lack of allocated parking lots. During the conversation, they show the houses and lament the dirty yards and small gardens.
The sister, Zoe, explained that she's on leave for the week and they should hopefully get 'a case' - meaning some alcohol.
