Adorable elderly couple prove that it's never too late for true love
True love may take some time to find, but when you do, it's everything you need.
For one elderly couple, finding true love was the best thing that has ever happened to them.
If you are out there and close to giving up on love, maybe you should take a tip from this elderly couple. John and Heather Blackler are newlyweds at the ages of 88 and 90. In a recent interview, they both revealed that they had been in the same old age home for twenty years, but only ran into each other twelve months ago.
"There was a vacant seat in the bus next to Hester, I asked her may I sit down," John commented. Then things progressed from there. "She scrubs up OK," he added.
When John popped the question, he didn't go down on one knee. "I would need two people to lift me up," he said. Instead, the couple decided to both pick the ring together from a jeweler.
