Nicholls and Curtis were searching for sea turtles at Gold Coast in Australia, when they suddenly witnessed giant beasts emerge, Daily Star reported. The couple found themselves surrounded by two humpback whales, but to their surprise, the whales seemed to enjoy having them around.

According to the publication, the couple work for whale watching companies and have years of experience being around whales and other marine life, but they were never quite prepared for such an incredible experience.
"In 10 years I have never seen this type of behaviour for whales with a boat, let alone with us in the water," Nicholls told the publication.
"Their movements were so gentle and so slow, almost like they were like 'Oh, I don't want to hurt my new friends. We kept getting out of the water and they would be coming up to the boat and spyhopping as if to say, "Where'd you go? What are you doing? Come back and play," Curtis told Brisbane's 7 News.
"It was like hanging out with Mother Nature. My heart was so full of love at that moment," she added. Below is the incredible experience...
